So whats that when it's at home?!

It’s a massively popular south indian & sri lankan Street food eaten anywhere and anytime of day. A large traditional savoury pancake made from ground rice and dals to a secret family receipe... Usually served with a mashed potatoe & onion masala filling then ripped and dipped into tasty sambar soup & coconut chutney accompaniments. Delectable!

And if that wasn’t enough...

We’re also russling up some hard to find Mouth-watering Alternatives... Despite its tremendous flavour it’s much healthier than other fast food choices!
